Tourguide for Cape Verde
Welcome to Cape Verde
My name is João Paulo Monteiro. I invite you to explore the magnificent country of Cape Verde together with me. A land full of nature diversity with its many islands with different flora, landscapes and climates. Endless coastlines offering rich maritime wildlife and sportive activities such as surfing and scuba diving. The people of my country are welcoming with a great sense for hospitality.
I am a trained and certified tourguide for Cape Verde with a lot of knowledge of nature and culture of my country.
I was born and raised in beautiful Tarrafal, with its incredible beach in the very north of Santiago Island. This is also where I live now and one of the top places to be in Santiago Island.

Explore the deserts and limestone valleys of Maio or the sand beaches of the island.
I would love to show you these and even more nature highlights.

Had a great time with tourguide JP around Santiago Norte. Went for a boat trip with snorkeling around caves once. The other time we where visiting the natural pools near Ribeira da Prata, caught some fish and JP made bbq on the rocks for us. I highly recommend!
